Areas of Focus
My work covers a wide range of issues, but to keep it simple, clients who consistently show up in my therapy room include those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma or PTSD, low self-esteem, communication issues, LGBTQAI+ and gender expansive people, those experiencing difficult life transitions, and generally folks who may feel flattened by the state of the world.


Therapeutic Techniques
I utilize a range of therapeutic interventions, as I believe every client deserves support that is thoughtfully tailored to their unique needs. My areas of expertise include: Brainspotting, Ecotherapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
For those times when therapy may not be accessible, I’ve curated a selection of books that can provide valuable support.
